More Softball...

Callie had her first tournament as part of the All Star Team, the Astros. It was a Round Robin Tourny, which was tough on those 6 year olds! They started playing at 8 in the morning and didn't finish up until 6 games later, at almost 6 o'clock that night...in the heat...really silly! Callie was tough, though, didn't complain, until the very last game, when she looked up at me and said, "Mommy, I just can't do it anymore!" Hopefully the next tournament will be an elimination one! Thankfully, this one was in Deer Park, so I was able to take Macie and Jack to Jen's for a respite and some pool fun. I did feel a little guilty enjoying the pool for a bit while poor Callie and Bryan were at the hot ball field!

New House!

Yea! We are in! Here are some "pre" pictures...now if I can just remember to post "after" pictures, whenever that may be. Looks like we'll be living out of boxes for a while. I'll have lots of "help", though! A 6 year old, 4 year old, and infant..yep, things will definately take a while!

More T-ball and Softball

Some more pics of my Lil' Sluggers...Callie's are at her closing ceremonies where she received a trophy at the end of the regular season. We then got a call that she was invited to play on the 6 year-old All Star team! She was super excited!

My Macie

I love to take pictures of Macie, as you can tell. She has the cutest expressions, and lets me! Maybe I think if I capture enough of her in still shots, I can somehow slow things down...

Way Behind...Macie Turns One!!!

So hard to believe my baby girl turned one!!! The year has really flown by. I'm so proud of her and she brings such joy to our lives. Her one year birthday was a little bittersweet for me, as it occurs around the anniversary of Brad's passing, and how I wish he were here to see her! As tradition goes, she got a donut on the morning of her birthday with a candle in it. Her party was at Grammy's House, with a Candyland theme...special thanks to my mom, Aunt Alli, Grammy for all their help! I thought it turned out really cute, and we were blessed with family and friends to help us celebrate. She did enjoy her cake! She definately has a sweet tooth, imagine that! We love you, sweet Macie!

Way Behind...Finally, No Training Wheels!

A few months ago, I posted some pics of Callie trying to learn to ride her bike without training wheels...and crying...so, we put that away for a while, and recently tried again, with success! She was so excited! Jack of course couldn't be left out, so Bryan worked with him, and he almost has it. At 4.

Way Behind...Just Some Cute Pictures

Just some cute pics I took...
