Field Day

Callie's Field Day was so much fun!! Thanks to Grammy's Babysitting services, I was able to go and be with her for the whole day--relays, hula-hooping, basketball, tower-building, softball throwing--and so much more! I love to watch her have fun with her friends, and have fun with each activity. She LOVES stuff like that, and just basically giggles throughout everything. What a happy child. However, I'm not too sure about her hurdle form!!!

Sullivan Visit

Yea! Brady, Jenny, Zekie, Kae Kae and Chloe came to visit us recently, and it was so much fun!! While I am sooo happy for Jen (and Brady), I do miss my friend way over there in San Antonio! The kids were super excited to see each other, too. We are enjoying getting to know Brady and Chloe more and more!

Easter Sunday

Easter morning started off with a visit from the Easter bunny, then we went to church in Baytown for Easter, with Grammy and Papa, and Scott, Alli, and Leo. We haven't been back to church there in quite a while, since moving "so far away"! The kiddos, including Leo, all looked so sweet in their Easter attire. We got some photos before everyone scattered, then it was on to Easter Egg Hunt and Bunny cake! Papa got out the swing for the big tree, and even he took a turn! Mae does NOT like to swing, and Leo isn't quite ready for it, but Callie and Jack sure had fun!

Easter in Caldwell

We spent some of Easter weekend in Caldwell, a tradition several years running, now. The kids enjoyed fishing (although the water's so low the fishing wasn't productive!), riding the gator and 4-wheeler, watching the cows, eating yummy burgers, and just generally running free in the country! Scott, Alli, and Baby Yo (as Mae calls Leo) were all there, too. We ended the day with confetti eggs--fun!
