Camera Fun--Again

Well, I know I'm no professional, but this sure was fun! Macie was very tolerant of me, at least for a while. She is really changing fast, and is only 3 weeks old! By my scale, she is weighing 10 pounds already--the girl loves to eat!!

Visit from Meme and Dan

Meme and Dan (Brad and Bryan's Uncle Gene and Aunt Linda) came over for a visit last week to meet Macie. My two older children seemed to think they were starved for attention and pretty much tackled Dan as soon as he came in--they had him playing chase, horses, and all sorts of things! Meme was smarter and just held Macie! As you can see, Dan was all pooped out at the end!

Papa Has His Hands Full

I thought this picture was sweet! He definately has his hands full now, huh?!

Fingers and Toes

Playing with the camera...

First Sunday Outing

Well, we made it to church this morning. Late, but made it! Macie did well--stayed pretty much like you see her in the photo--slept through it all! This picture was making me laugh because the kids looked so painfully posed! They were really tired today, and clearly just wanted to get it over with and go on!

Just Playin' In The Rain

It's rained a lot here in the past few days, and Friday night was particularly heavy, leaving huge areas of standing water in the yard. The kids decided to "dive in" so to speak, and had a great time! I was almost tempted to join in! However, as usual, I was too busy behind the camera!

Editor-In-Chief

I know Bryan doesn't like to call attention to himself, but I think it's time I brag on him a little bit. Some of you may know this already, but for those of you who don't, he is Editor-In-Chief for Law Review, a periodical put out by the students that reviews current law topics (at least that is how I understand it!). It's a pretty big deal to be on the board, and he's the Chief! It has been a very time-consuming and sometimes stressful position, but the recognition of the position is worth it. Last week the school had a ceremony to recognize students with awards, scholarships, etc...Bryan is graduating Summa Cum Laude! We all went to the ceremony, and before it started, Bryan gave his parents (and the kids) a quick tour of his school, including a classroom, where the kids pretended they were at school like Daddy. (Even Macie participated, as you can see!) Unfortunately, my camera ran out of battery so I didn't get any pictures of the actual ceremony--but I wouldn't have captured much since Macie decided to get hungry right in the middle of the program! Anyways--we are very proud of our Law Student Daddy/Husband, and CAN'T WAIT FOR HIM TO GRADUATE!!

Sister, Sister

While Macie does have some of her own characteristics, she sure does look a lot like her big sister did! I found this old picture of Callie for comparison.
